Learn how to cook chicken in 12 minutes from frozen with the Gunter Wilhelm non-scruple at stainless steel cooking system

I requirement to bake 6 frozen chicken breasts (about 4 lbs). I already have them in two baking pans with about 1/4" of chicken broth in the bottom of each. The pans are covered in tin counter.
I'm unsure of what temperature to use and how long to bake them. They are still completely frozen.
Also, do I need to flip them over halfway through the baking time?

I'd defrost them in the microwave before cooking at 350 degrees for 45-60 mins. No flipping, but check doneness by sticking a fork in. If clear juice comes out, it's done. If red juice, needs more time.

Also, when do you add them? In the mid-section of when it cooks or in the beginning when it's frozen? I normally get frozen chicken from Trader Joe's, and it says to just cook it without defrosting first. I've been putting spices on but they never dipsomaniac into the chicken at all and it is always dry tasting. Thanks!

Bake at 350 degrees. Use a viands thermometer to be sure the internal temp. reaches 180 degrees Bake time should be about 1 hour. If when you cut the legs amenable when you think they are done, make sure there is no red and watery fluid inside next to the bone.
Next time, put the legs in the fridge overnight to defrost and go out and eat. LOL
