How to bake ice skates?

How want should they bake?
At what temperature?
How long should I wait before skating in them?
How long should I keep them on my feet so that they mold?

Dissipate the $10 and let your local skate/pro shop do them.

I've seen several pair of melted skates in the past few years. They are fun to look at, but there are no refunds if you cook your skates too want.

I would go to a sports preserve to get them molded/baked...
I don't know how long the bake them but i think it only takes like 20Min's to bake and mold..
I think it is let go 2.

You fundamental to bake them in a convection oven not a regular one at 350 for 10 minutes. You then keep on your feet for about 20 minutes and reasonable sit with them on. Then walk around in them for about 10 mins. Then wait 24 hours before skating in them.

Depending on the skates you've got you shouldn't have to do this anymore. The skates made nowadays are designed to sculpt to your foot lickety-split. Try them out first and if they feel stiff after a few times, maybe then look into baking them.

I put mine in the oven at 95 degress and and waited about 15 minutes put on a unite of long socks then laced them up. and walked around in them for 15 minutes. you dont need tp cook them at 350 fair get them so the boot is warm. you dont have to wait inti lthe next day to skate in them. i warmed mine in the morning and skated that night-time.

Is it possible to re-bake ice skates?

I'd like to rep a pair of Vapors XXVs I have that have been used only a few times and am just making sure.

yes it is accomplishable. I do it all the time. Just put your skates in the oven at the lowest temp...which is probably 170. Then keep it there for no longer than 5 minutes. After that, sit down...tie them up as fast as possible and do not move for 10 minutes. After that they are good enough to go!

Health Tip: Help Prevent Ice Skating Accidents
Call specific officials to find out where skating is allowed. Make sure your child skates in the same direction as the crowd, not against it. Don't put aside children to dart across the ice in front of other skaters. Never allow children to skate alone,
