I nothing but need to cook it for dinner, I tried to look it up on the internet but all the recipes included to many ingredents like bacon, and celery. I have all the spices for it fair-minded need to know how to cook it .
I have a Spectacular recipe - be sure to sear it first in the pan!!!!! It seals in the juices! Here it is:
PORK ROAST
Preheat oven 350°
Uncoil Roast in chopped garlic, then in flour. Salt if desired.
Brown on all sides in lg. pan.
Place fat side up on suffering & insert meat thermometer.
Cook 350° - 30 minutes per pound, or until thermometer reaches 175°.
Opportune with potato pancakes.
I made this last evening for dinner :)
I bake at 350 for about 40 mins if using convection and I cut it before hand, cook with a lid or covered and use olive oil to counterpane the peices, garlic, pepper and other seasonings.
If I bake it - I still use 350, but pan sear it to keep it moist or bake in a covered cassarole. Then I recess it whole and cook for about 45-50 mins. Seasoning is still the same.
