The rout way to grill a rare rib eye in the oven is to, of course, apply your favorite marinade and broil it a few inches from the top burner with the oven door cracked inaugurate. This allows the outside of the steak to get nicely charred by the heat source without the middle getting too done because the oven temperature was too acute.
I be versed you can use the broiler but I was just curious about baking?
Sizzle them with a spacy heat in a frying pan only enough to give them color. Put a slice of onion on each one and wrap in foil. Place on the center stand of the oven. Slow cook at 225 degrees for about an hour. Tender and yummy. You can also sprinkle spices of your acceptance on the meat before you bake. I like to use pepper and a touch of garlic powder.
Baked potato will be simple, as well as the steak. Also, anyone know how many calories are in this meal total? Thanks so much in advance =-).
