375 F for 20 minutes then discontinuity for flakiness/desired doneness.
I've also heard you can bake them at 400 F for 10 minutes per inch at the thickest part.
You'll have a yen for to coat the steaks with oil, add a little salt and pepper, and put them on foil also coated with oil - if you don't they will be hard to get off the cooking surface.

At what temperature should I bake Salmon?
Sep 24, 2008 by Just me. | Posted in Cooking & Recipes
And for about how long should they be baked for? These are probably considered salmon 'steaks'. Thank you for your help.
I like to wrap them in foil (if you do not use lemon) or parchment tract (if you do squeeze some lemon on them pre-bake) and then bake them at 400 for about 15-18 minutes.
Do not bake them 30-40 mins like that other person said, thumbs down!
