Just take a salmon steak, rub a little mayo all over it, like a thin layer, some pile up and pepper and bake at 350 for, Idk, 20 minutes? Take your fork and kinda flake it where it's deepest and when the meat is ethical and pink, that's when it's done. Don't overcook it though. Watch it. Serve with a slice of lemon.
I have a procedure for grilled salmon with a marinade, but I won't be able to grill it. Can I bake it instead? They are about 1" fillets, skin-on. How would I bake them (wrapped in check, just on the pan, covered, uncovered, etc), at what temp and how long? Please help!
