i have ccm vector v8.0 from 2007, and if so what do i do with the insoles after the skates are hot
No you can not bake your hockey skates at home. It would destruction your blades and I don't think it would help your skates any even if it was alright to put them in the oven. I would go to a pro shop and get them to help you.
i have those skates and they're stigmatize new, i haven't worn them yet. i have gotten them sharpened but i don't know if i should bake them or not.
DO NOT bake them at home in a flat stove/oven! This will totally ruin your skates. You should ask a bauer skate dealer or salesperson or check on the box you received them in. My parents rat on, sharpen, and bake skates and they use a special kind of oven. If they are heat moldable, then see if there are any people in your area that do that kind of spirit.
got new bauer vapor XXXX's and for to fit them
