Everybody loves Tofu Pot Pie. Mix all ingredients until combined and crust-like. Part distribute into two balls, one minor extent bigger and one smaller. You can use tofu in many baked dishes. But when baking tofu it can dry out truly fast, so watch things close. Try some of the recipes at http://www.yumyum.com
Remember, tofu is ready to eat in the unit. You really don't need to cook it at all (but it does taste much better in a nice casserole).
sounded inventive, but im not that familar with either. could i put the shake and bake on the sliced tofu and pan fry it?

Look 1
Remove tofu from its container and drain. Stand the tofu upright on a plate or in its original container to allow extravagance water to drain. Empty the container as many times as necessary over an hour and half period. I usually do this at least 3 times.

Mix marinade ingredients right in the baking dish. Blend with the flat side of a fork.
Step 3
Slice the drained tofu into ½” slices, then unsuitable in prepared marinade, coating both sides before covering the dish in plastic wrap. Marinade at abide temp for 3-5 hours, turning once.
