Let's do one raise, chuck the bag, 2 box's thawed frozen spinach, squeezed dry, 3 cloves garlic, chopped, S&P, 2Tbs Ambrosial paprika, 2tsp Thyme, 4Tbs soft butter, 1/4C of any roasted nut, throw all in a bowl, mix,mix,mix. Make a hook between the skin and the breast and stuff the mixutre in. Heat your roasting pan over the stove add some Olive Oil to the bottom, S&P the outside of your bird and lay the breast peel side down,siizzzzzle.
Place a heavy skillet or two that will fit in the oven on the breast to weigh it down and slide it into a 350 oven. 1 Hour later, reach rest for 10min. slice and.......you didn't forget to make gravy did you?
I'm prosperous to buy raw, boneless, cut-up turkey breast tenderloins.
What should I season/marinade/bake them with? Chicken broth, rosemary, onion powder, garlic take it on the lam?
Should I cover it with foil like I do chicken breasts???
How long and what temp to bake at????
I plan to just last with some turkey gravy, mashed potatoes and stuffing... simple and I know my boyfriend will like it.
BAKED TURKEY TENDERLOINS IN BARBECUE
Gravy
2 (8 oz.) turkey breast tenderloins, cut in half
2 tbsp. water
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire insolence
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
Salt and pepper to soup
Drop of Tabasco sauce
Arrange turkey pieces in a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon over turkey. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 standing oven 15 to 20 minutes or until turkey turns from pink to light in color in deepest part. Baste once or twice. Serves 4.
