I am a add up newbie to cooking - I have a package of turkey tenderloins - I was just going to wrap them in foil with some salad dressing as marinade.....How lengthy would I bake them?
Thanks a bunch
I owe ya one, thanks, here's one for next patch.
Stuffed Grilled Turkey Loin
Ingredients:
2 small turkey tenderloins, about 1/2 pound each
Nonstick vegetable boundaries
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies or jalapeno sprinkle, as desired
1/2 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
1 tsp olive oil
Prep:
Cut deep pocket horizontally in side of each tenderloin, making foolproof not to cut all the way through. Spray non-stick skillet with vegetable spray. Sauté onion and garlic until softened, about 3 minutes. Stir in immature chilies and cilantro. Stuff onion mixture into pockets in tenderloins; secure with metal skewer or clumsy picks. Brush
tenderloins lightly with oil. Grill, covered, over medium coals or Broil 6 inches from warmth source 15 minutes per side or until tenderloins are cooked through. Cut into 1/2-inch slices.
I'm disquieting to bake turkey wings, and, so far, they've been cooking in the oven for about an hour. The oven temp is 350....
How much long should it take, and what color should the wing look like when it's done? brownish? puny? thanks :-)
I advised of I'm not answering your question, but I'd recommend pan-frying them instead. I've found that baked wings can dry out (especially the tips) and don't brown well. It also takes a lot more force to run the oven.
I use a Ts or 2 or oil, brown the drummettes and 2nd joints on 3 sides, the tips on two. Season with salt and pepper. Possibly thyme and marjoram. Pan-frying puts a beautiful brown crust on them.
well i bought 2 turkey drumsticks today and i was wondering how hanker i bake them in the oven and what Temperature? i don't got a food thermometer.i'm mostly cooking these drumsticks for the juices they give off since i need them for a recipe i diagram on making tomorrow? also can anyone tell me how i should season these? thank you
im not really making a recipie my primary act for cooking is for the broth which i will be using tommorow. but i plan on eating as is :)
350 degrees for about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Covered so that you get the most drippings. Opportunity ripe with salt, pepper, garlic or garlic powder. Paprika if you want a little added color. Turkey is always reliable when seasoned with sage, but you didn't say what your recipe is for.

The 'poor' that Mitt Romney ignores
No sense that is louder in the ears of a mother, so Margaret Deming crossed the line on Saturday when she entered the Pathmark in Coney Ait, asked the deli man for a pound of ham, turkey and cheese, and then grabbed a box of yeast “to bake my own bread”
