I have a collect of veggies on a shallow cookie sheet: carrots, zuchinni, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, and potatoes. I drizzled them with oil, sprinkled them with spice...now how do i cook it in the oven? Do I set it to bake or broil? What temp? How long? I really need your help. Im hungry! I thirst them cooked through, but not smooshy ya know? THanks in advance!
