I barely cut my potatoes into smallish pieces (Like bite sized) how long will they need to cook for and how great in extent should the oven be, atm it's 180c?
I slice potatoes in wedges and jacket them in butter and salt n pepper, add a half piece of uncooked bacon to each, some cheddar on top of each, slice some bell peppers and onions and add to the 9X13" pan, embody w/ foil, and bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
