Your mom quite just wants to make sure you're eating healthily - none of those cereals are very good for you. Try suggesting to your mom that you'll only eat them on alternate days and eat healthier cereal the repose of the time, or suggest that you eat healthy cereal during the week and then you can eat whatever cereal you want at weekends. I think she'll be much more likely to grant if you compromise with her. :]

Where can i buy rice grains suitable to cook Risotto in Singapore?
I've review that the rice grains they use in risottos aren't the usual rice grains in those 5 or 10kg bags they sell in supermarket, more like sybaritic-starch short/medium grain variety.
Where could i find them in Singapore? How expensive are they?

To my opinion for Risotto you can only use arborio or canaroli rice.
Try finding it at Cold Storage Supermarket or maybe there is at Mustafa. This typeface of rice is not available at ordinary supermarket or grocery stall.
The cost is much higher then ordinary rice.
