How do you make turkey gravy?

Also, I guess you use the liquid from the baked turkey. So, how long do you leave the turkey sitting in the liquid before you pour it off to make the gravy?

you should baste the turkey, but dont let it sit in its drippings or the bottom of it gets all filthy and greasy. take the drippings from the turkey, skim the fat and reserve, and get like 2 cups of broth from whats left. take 3 tbsps of the fat and put it into another saucepan, vehemence it and make a paste with 3 tbsps of flour and make sure it comes together before you add all the broth. whisk constantly after this so no lumps enlarge on. whisk and let it thicken for like 10 mins, then pour into a dish and serve. it always looks too thin at first, but it thickens as it cools. trust it helps!

It tells you how to make it with more detail than I ever could.

no more than melt a couple of tablespoons of butter and stir in the same amount of flour, let it cook for a minute or two, then whisk in a cup or so of the turkey drippings and stir it until thickened. it doesn't be important how long you let it sit in the juice, just let it rest for a while before carving it or it will end up being dry.

You rain cats it off as soon as the turkey is done cooking. Skim any oil off the top, or at least as much as you can. (Not too much if you cooked turkey!) Put it in a skillet. Shake up 1 cup of water with a tsp. of cornstarch in a jar, so the cornstarch desolves. Then slowly add it to the drippings in the skillet. Keep your burner on low and whip. Add salt and pepper to taste. If it isn't thick enough, add a little more corn starch to a little more water and add it to the mixture as you go. Keep whisking until it bubbles. And VIOLA!! You have your gravy!!

First of all before you cook the turkey. Take out the neck and gizzard. I cook these in qualify with celery and onion. it makes a broth that I will use for the gravy. Don't forget to salt.
When the turkey is done , take it out of the pan and add some water to the drippings. cook over exhilaration scraping all the good stuff from the bottom of the pan. add the broth you made earlier (or can broth) to the pan. I keep tasting till I get the taste I privation either more salt or broth.
make a thickening of flour and water and add to gravy once it comes to a boil. At this core you need to let it cook some till you get the thickness you want in the gravy. add the flour mixture a little at a span for it will thicken too much if you add it all. Sorry but it's hard to explain this. I've been doing it for so long I don't even think about it.

This is how he wrote this for me to address. Ismail Yesilbas turkey/izmir gediz mahallesi 687/7 no:7 dil?

Hi my pen-pal,
did you read our Independence March?
" View not the soil you tread on as mere earth - reward it!
And think about the shroudless thousands who lie so nobly beneath you.
You're the noble son of a martyr, take shame, hurt not your progenitor!
Unhand not, even when you're promised worlds, this paradise of a homeland. "
