I indigence a new bread knife, the one I have now is 15 years old and works terribly. What is a good one to buy? I dont want to spend a ton of money on some rare name brand pretend you are fancy knife, I want a good one at a good price that will last a while and cut bread easily.
I have a Henckel's. It's about $80 or so, but importance it. It goes through angel food cake like there isn't anything there at all. I've had it maybe 20 years and you can still cut bread with it directly out of the oven (which I never do!)
