You may not have regard for a meat grinder a necessary appliance to have in your kitchen, but each year more and more of these devices are being sold for ...

i am looking on ebay but do not lust after to buy something that does not produce
I am a former chef and for your well-heeled a manual based one is best and a sausage stuffer to make the sausage, electric grinders are fine, but often bog down or flare out, now if your a serious sausage maker, then even check out a restaurant supply company for a mega size or industrial order, sometime they get used or reconditioned equipment, here in Canada I have $50 manual meat grinder, hand cranked one, I then bought from an Italian devices store a "Sausage Stuffer", it is a unit that pushes the meat through 3 different tubes for numerous size sausages, it cost me $60, is easy to clean and both are reliable and safe to use anywhere.
Check on Ebay under Sausage Stuffer for the kind available, you may find them in your city.
One thats can be adapted to to grind small bones, such as chicken.
