Where can a get a replacement part for the VillaWare V5267 Elite ProGrinder?

I purchased this meat grinder, but the sausage stuffer responsive piece was cracked when it arrived. The company doesn't offer replacement parts, but they did give me a significant feeling an attraction refund for keeping the machine.

Does anyone know where replacement parts can be gotten?

look on the details plate, it will be located on the back or underside of the grinder. look for 3 things. maker, model and serial number, then take the name of the maker and look on the net. most of the lifetime you will get a hit by maker, then follow the prompts to products then to parts. if you cant get any further then see if there is a phone number. sometimes you will not be able to buy parts shortly and you must use a distributor and they will tell you who will be the closet to your home. i hope this helps a little
