How do I cook rice in Hawkins Futura Cooker?

I puzzled my manual for this new pressure cooker. This does not come with a whistle. How do I cook rice using this cooker?

1 c. converted rice
2 c. bedew dilute
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter or vegetable oil

Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Makes 2 to 4 servings.

Do not use it as a pressure cooker for rice, but as a elemental pot. Rice does not need to cook under pressure.
