Can anyone tell me how you regulate the pressure on a "Mirro"brand pressure cooker????
I was recently foreordained a "Mirro" brand pressure cooker(used) it did not have an instruction booklet with it. It has no pressure gauage with it. It does have a pop-off valve and what appears to be a two part pressure regulator that fits on the top stem of the lid. I would like to "bbq" a whole chicken in it but i'm leary of it blowing up.
