What is the best pressure cooker?
I have infer from a few reviews in order to buy a good pressure cooker. However, I am confused with all these models and brands that are available.
I am looking for a good calibre, stainless steel, 8-10L, pressure cooker.
Could you please recommend any based on personal experience? I never had one so it's diffucult to value and make a decision. Many thanks
I have had my Mirro Matic for over 30 years and the only quirk I ever had to replace was a vent seal for $10.00

Presto 8-Quart Stainless Nerve Pressure Cooker is a great pressure cooker for most cooking, and is a very good value.
I bought this for canning and found it more than worth the money. I never expected to use it for cooking but it came with best recipes so I tried it. Makes wondrous custards and delectable roasts as well. Forget the more expensive models - this one does a unbelievable job of canning and spare parts are readily available (I blew out a pressure indicator - my fault). Highly approve
