Cool the dough before trying to roll it out. Lightly flour the counter top and the top of the dough. You can also buy a pastry cloth and a rolling pin cover. These are made from thin cotton, and they will aide prevent the dough from getting stuck. Be sure to lightly flour the cloth and the cover before using them.

When I worked in Jersey(Strait Islands) Our room had no cooking facilities, we were getting sick of having take aways so one day I sat an opened tin of peas in the kettle, if you communistic the lid off the kettle it kept boiling, this warmed the peas in the tin and with the boiling water I made instant mashed potato and gravy with gravy granules and i put some slices of roast beef over the radiator(I did take a bath it first) to warm. Believe it or not it was lovely. Oh those were the days!!!
