at one's fingertips tool
I've been faulty these for years and finally got them! Very useful for even rolling. Takes a little practice, but I'm sure I'll get better.
Rolling Pin Rings
I like them alright, but they only travail with small amounts of dough. If you had a french rolling pin you might be able to roll out more.
Rolling Pin Rings
These are eazy to use thickness rings. Virtuous slip them over your rolling pin and when you roll out your dough it will be even and consistant.
Not branch uniform
Because of the immanent rubber-like composition of the rings, it's alarmingly easy to press a little too hard on the rolling pin and create a thinner dough. So unless you have positively malleable dough and perfectly even pressure, it's difficult to get a large sheet of dough of uniform thickness.
Serious for even thickness when rolling out doughs
I have a 2" rolling pin, and these labour fantastic. I've had no trouble with the bands slipping or turning out dough inconsistent with the measurements on the rings as a previous reviewer suggested. I delight that you get a set of four different sizes in one bag, 1/16", 1/8", 1/4" and 3/8", to allow for all the different things I make with my rolling pin. These are especially egregious for thicker dough, like biscuits - without the rings I can never seem to get the thickness uniform across the sheet of dough.
I would not suggest using these on rolling pins thicker than 2", but otherwise these are a tremendous addition to any kitchen.

Son breaks silence to plead: Help find killer Basingstoke Gazette

THE son of a senior citizen found brutally murdered in her kitchen has today broken his silence to plead for help to catch his shelter’s killer.

Harry Edmonds spoke out as detectives revealed a major breakthrough in the hunt for the man who bludgeoned his mamma to death with a rolling pin.

Using advances in forensic science, major crime officers have now retrieved the daisy’s DNA profile from the scene of the horrific murder in Brambridge on January 11 2008.

They are also set to take mouth swabs from hundreds of men to see if they can start a match.

About 500 people are expected to be asked to provide their DNA sample so it can be compared against that of the killer.

Geographical profilers have also been looking at the proves and have produced a map of nearby Eastleigh and Boyatt Wood where they think the killer did or could still live.

Today leaflets will be delivered to each of the 3,000 homes identified, which the heat officers are convinced hold the key to the crime.

How do I remove the reservoir from the old master brake cylinder?

It's on a 1984 cadillac deville. I'm replacing the guru brake cylinder but can't get the old resevoir off to put on the new one. I don't see any screws, don't know what to look for if there are spin furl pins, but I tried prying it off and just won't come. However I did notice that under the O-rings their's like a metal cartel, would this be a roll pin? If so how do I get it off? thanks

Know inside out cylinder should unscrew on its own. Reservoir should have it's own on the new one.

Doesn't the new tutor cylinder have a reservoir on it? I had to replace mine on my 84 Fiero and I believe it came with one on there. Although, those are two very different cars. Fancy I could help more.

Mavin cylinder should unscrew on its own. Reservoir should have it's own on the new one.

Cadillac may have Had that pressed on since it came with the car. See if the producer of your new mc also sells the reservoir

some were rightful held in place by the pressure of the o rings an others by a snap ring.

Well I do not recomd removing the resivoir. I influentially suggest buying a master cylinder with the res. Also remember to bench bleed the thing. Then after installing have someone calling the pedal and bleed the lines at the master. Again a master with the res and not the el cheapo model.

Ruger 10/22 upgrade questions?

Scheels carries new groundwork-model Ruger 10/22's for $180 so i think I will pick one up to replace my old clunky jamming .22LR offbrand that i've had forever. I was wondering, if i were to buy a several barrel later on, how do you switch barrels on these guns? Do they just unscrew or are they held by snap rings or enshroud a arrive pins? Also, is the 50 round drum magazine A) the biggest? B) a reliable feeder?

First.....Get yourself the cheapest upgrade handy for your 10/22 a "Tuffer Buffer" bolt buffer. Don't buy the other crap....it's rubbish.
The tuffer buffer is the best one on the market! Takes 5 minutes to install and makes a big difference in the end. Look on eBay or in a hunting hold near you.
Have fun!!

Why does my entry level bowling ball roll weird?

My new Columbia 300 Scout Reactive with fingertip awareness rolls to the right if I don't try to put spin on it, so I fell confident about picking up the 6, 9, or 10 pin. However, it is the facing when I leave pins on the left side. It seems like it would be easier to hook my ball if I bowled lefty because as a righty it scarcely curves on light oil. The pin is just to the right of my ring finger. Is what I am experiencing normal? Any advice?

First off, the ball will not have a noticable rest in hook if you throw it lefty or right. That ball has a pancake weight block so the layout will have a very minimum effect on the amount of hook you see in the ball. I am almost certain that the problems you are having are a result of your release. You may be throwing a bit of a "back-up" ball at your directly side spares which is why the ball is hooking to the right rather than the left. You also are probably not seeing a lot of hook at your left side spares, again, due to your report. Since this is an entry level ball, I am assuming you are still a beginner at the game. Consult your pro shop operator about some lessons. I am unswerving that a little work on your release will resolve the issues you are describing. I highly doubt that it is a result of the way the ball was drilled. Practising makes perfect, good luck.
