Fanciful Value
It is what it is, a pan. But for the bounty it's as good as any other. Non-stick properties seem to hold up well so far. I previously lined all of my pans with foil while baking chicken, etc. With this one I no longer use parry, food releases perfectly. Definitely going to buy another.
Worked well
I exactly bought this and used it to roast some vegetables for close to an hour. The vegetables came out delicious, and the non-nonplus surface of the pan makes it easy to remove the vegetables and clean. For some reason, I thought it was a large pan. It was smaller than I sympathy but perfect for use by my small family.
A pan is a pan is a pan
This mention is deep enough to keep items from seeping over its sides. Its nonstick surface appears to be durable. Its size is okay, but just. Too small for a turkey, it is useful for 1 or 2 people cooking for themselves. Overall, a nice product.
Too big for my rowing-boat's propane oven!
Needed a bigger baking pan for my yacht so I ordered this and packed it in my suitcase on my last trip to Grand Cayman, did not declare it, thus got away with smuggling. Well, it's too big! I dearth a 12x8 pan! Now what am I going to do? Ordered a new oven to fit the pan. Problem solved.
What else can I say?
This is honest a baking pan! What else can I say about in my review for this? :D

Kind pan and no sticking or warping
I'm surely enjoying using this pan, which was a replacement of my old "biscuit" pan of a different brand, supposedly non-stick, but that held tenser to nearly everything baked on it. I needed a medium sized pan, since my oven is an apartment sized one, but not a terribly miserly pan, either, and this pan fits the bill. It will easily hold 8 large biscuits so if I have company I don't have to make two pans, but still fits with no into my smaller oven. So far this pan has been just perfect, no sticking whatever and no warping as a few others have complained of. Biscuits and cookies earth-slip right off when done, although I do use a cooking spray when baking any type of cookies. It's also very easy to clean, no scrubbing necessary, as everything evidently stuck so far has been super easy to wipe off with a wet sponge or a damp paper towel. I don't own a dish washer so can't surmise how well it holds up to non-hand washing. Unlike other non-stick pans I've owned in the past, this one so far has shown no signs of discoloring, that vile sort of gold stain that I suppose comes from butter or margarine or cooking spray that often tends to plain on non-stick pans after regular use and can't be removed. I particularly wanted a pan that had a slight raised edge or rim as my air-bake pan allows cookies to skim off into the oven floor if I'm not careful when I start to slide the pan out. This one keeps the baked items ON the pan even if you tilt it a mini accidently when removing from the oven. Things like rolls, biscuits, and cookies all brown nicely and don't waste on the bottom, so overall this has been a good purchase for me and is recommended highly.
not the nobility I wanted
I bake a lot, so I'm philanthropic of picky about the sheets I use. I thought these were the thicker, higher quality sheets from Baker's Secret that I am against to. They are not. They are very thin and as a result you don't get the consistency in any cookies you are trying to make. The nice thing about them is the size. Two can fit on the same oven beleaguer while still allowing the oven door to close. These aren't garbage by any means. Baker's Secret makes well-built stuff. But if you're looking for HIGH quality sheets, spend more on something else.
Gear general purpose pan, especially for city dweller
These are expressly great if you are in a city apartment as they give you more options as to where you can store them. They are smaller, but since there are two, you can just use both if you need more space. They are not corpulent pans, as one of the reviewers listed, but if you are interested in them for basic home cooking, they seem appropriate. I was glad I bought them.
Cookie sheets
These cookie sheets warped somewhat on first use. Also the metal is stained from the cookies, I am now using parchment paper to make cookies on them. The price was ok, but I about I'd rather pay a little more next time, and get some that are more durable.
Nice Nonstick Baking Pan And A Great Value
I needed a grudging baking pan for miscellaneous oven duties, so I bought this one, which is approximately 10" by 13". I don't actually use the pan for cookies, but do use it for a troop of other things such as baking chicken or vegetables, and have found it to be sturdy and easy to clean. I don't use metal utensils with it and have thus far not experienced any serious scratching issues; being dishwasher harmless was also vital for me, and it has always come out of the dishwasher clean.

This pan is more than adequate for typical household use, and is an excellent value.

Brit Recipes: A Brit Breakfast for Brunch Guide to British Breakfast Anglotopia.net

In the Wanton household, we all like our eggs differently, I like wet egg dishes, the ladies in my life prefer them more well-cooked, Rich Wife abhors fried eggs. One could cook eggs separately but I have no desire to run a restaurant when I should be management a breakfast party. So, for a group of friends, I make scrambled (in photo) or go for an eggy dish like this…

For six guests, get a fix on one egg and a bit per person. In other words 8-10 eggs. Beat up on your eggs. Add salt, pepper, herbs if you privation, 2 tablespoons of cream or milk. In a pan that can be transferred to the oven, lightly sauté a sliced onion and perhaps a country-like pepper, if you like pepper, Add a handful of grated cheddar, pour over the egg mixture to combine in the pan and cook over mode flame. Add another spoonful of cream. Stir gently for a minute or two. Turn off the heat, put a plate over the amalgamation. Put on oven mitts. Now turn pan and plate over. Slide the uncooked side of your omelet back into the pan. Then pop the pan into the oven with your other breakfast goodies. The eggs will set up and can be left gently finishing in the oven 20-25 minutes, time enough to hug and slug a little shampers with friends. Distribute the omelet on a platter and cut it up into cake-like wedges. The omelet will be cooked though for the squeamish among but the onion, cheese, cream jumble will help keep the dish pleasantly moist. Next…

baking pan?

i am theory about baking fish. can i use any oil on the pan to prevent sticking even though its non stick pan?

Wholly! You can place oil in the pan, or better yet, just line your dish with foil. Then there will be no clean up! Baked fish is so tasty and healthy for you! I hope it turns out great!

Role the bottom of the pan with foil.

well, yes, usualy, if the pan,, is non sticking then it wont bond. However i suggest you wash the pan imediatly after use, because the burnt oil and grease will wash out easier,, if you leave it for a time, the grease will be more steely to take off from the pan.

generally speaking any oil will work, some will add flavor.. I sometimes use the oil/vinaigrette or italian dressings - YUM

Positively! You can place oil in the pan, or better yet, just line your dish with foil. Then there will be no clean up! Baked fish is so savoury and healthy for you! I hope it turns out great!

i would reccomend lining the tin with tin counter, placing the fish inside and covering with olive oil, lemon ar whatever flavours take your fancyy. then use another sheet of tin counter and wrap it over the top of the fish/baking tray. this way your fish will be really succulent, very flavoursome and not stick to the pan!

I bake fish all the pass and have found that PAM cooking spray works very well to prevent sticking. I usually use a glass baking pan but I'm sure a nonstick pan would vocation fine. If you don't have any PAM then I would just use any type of cooking oil. Put a little on a paper towel and grease the pan.

procession the pan with a light layer of butter......it works

i would job it with foil, and then flavor it with some kind of oil, like olive oil.

yummy wish i was eating at your house :]

String the pan with foil. Canola, corn oil etc. will work just fine.

Cut some lemons, onions in rings and oranges and post on top of the seasoned fish fillets. put on a large amount of butter in pieces on top of the fruit/onions. Then pour a mammoth amount of Sherry wine (Not salted cooking Sherry) over all of it and bake or BBQ with wood smoke. Remove the fish and dispense with everything else except the juice and serve with the juice poured over the top.

This works great with Salmon, Tuna and white meated fish like grouper or snapper.

If I dont have a bread baking pan can I make Banana Bread in a regular baking pan?

If I dont have a bread baking pan can I repay Banana Bread in a regular baking pan? The recipe, and most bread recipes, call for a regular Bread baking pan, but I don't have one, what can I use as a substitute. It says course into a 9 * 5 pan.

You can bake your bread in any ilk pan you have. The cooking time will probability have to be adjusted so keep a close eye on it
I would not use a cookie sheet. you can even use a casserole. as long as it has chasmic sides so your bead can raise.

How to get rid of burned on Pam on baking pan?

I customarily spray Pam on my baking pan when baking stuff, but it's gotten burned on the pan when I used it several times in a day. I was wondering if there was an easy way to get it off. It's a metal pan, and scrubbing helps only a hardly any. If i scrub really hard, the pan's coating seems to be coming off....revealing orange-ish colored metal. Really, I don't even know if it's true metal, cause the pan is pretty thin, like a cookie stretch. I'm a college student, so if this sounds really dumb, I'm sorry. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Get some foolproof off oven cleaner. I used that on my baking pans that have burned cooking spray on them and it works great. Solely spray it on and let it sit for a couple hours then wash. Good luck!!!
