Leave out and Durable Pan
I am impressed by the superiority of this cake pan. The metal is smooth, durable, and heavy, and my cakes have been baking evenly. (The first time I acclimated to them, I didn't use enough butter/flour and my cake got stuck.) I may be a novice baker, but these pans feel like they belong in a experienced kitchen.

I bought 3 Cuisinart 9 inch cake pans because I bake many cakes and separate how important a quality cake pan is to the end result. I have a Cuisinart Food Processor and love it, so I knew the Cuisinart excellence would be the same in the cake pans.

pleasant even bake
These pans bake even , but I had to use parchment writing-paper or butter and flour the pans. But I love these pans. Cleaning them is easy. Buy em, you will luv em!

Brilliant baking pan
I wanted to take over from three of my old teflon coated cake pans, so I bought one of these to try it out. I liked it so much, I immediately ordered two more. They are excellent non-stick pans with a nice blank weight to them.

It sticks
I like it for its lowering weight and professional look. But it does stick. The care instruction says not to use pan spray since it will discolor the pan and sabbatical rubbery residues on the bakeware and eventually make it stick. Thus, even though my recipiet said "spray it", I didn't... and theory what.. my cake just didn't want to come out in one piece. However most of my cake recipiets say to use spray...then I stuck. so now I leave my smashing cake pan in the cabinet and hope one day I will find a recipeit says something else.

They are what they are
For some sensible I expected these cake pans to be heavier, but they are aluminum and very lightweight. They scratch relatively easily. The cakes baked up well and the species of sizes was very helpful. Shipping was fast. I didn't use the special baking coil in the center of the 10", but it didn't substance, it baked up just fine. I didn't try out the 12" yet. It was very helpful to have the number of cups needed for each pan plainly described on the packaging.

Moral cake pans
Fair-minded made a wedding cake with this set and had no problems at all. Baked uniform and comes out of pans nicely. Would recommend this set.

Prodigious for torted cakes!
After delightful the Wilton cakes, I can't imagine living without this set. I use it all the time as a fast and easy way to tort cakes with ambrosial fillings. It's easy to slide cakes out of with a little Pam, easy to clean and always bakes well!

where can i find recess cake pans in houston, texas. pans like in a shape of a christmas tree or a snow man....does anyone recall wher ei can fnd something like that? and i also want cake pans such as turkey or pumpkins... for all kinds of holiday. Also in houston, so if any one knows please give someone a tongue-lashing me!! thanks!

Hello...Why limit your search? You have the internet...discontinuance the rest of the globe. Seriously though- Betty Crocker brand has an amazing set of holiday pans (last time I was on the neighbourhood). You could also check at you local craft stores- they usually have a baking/cake decorating section.

Trying to make a cake with no cake pans?

I have been craving cake but have no cake pans! We had the rubberish cake pans and muffin cups but they burnt EVERY period so we got rid of them... All I have is a deep springform pan, can I do my cake in there? How long would it need to cook, would I have to half and half, or can I cook all the thrash in it? Thanks!

Definitely, you can use the sprong form pan... I use mine all the time. I also make cakes in pie plates and freeze then for a quick soup of cake when ever the family desires.

If you have a cast iron skillet, y ou can use that as well.

No matter what pan you use, simply pay attention to the batter tied so you don't have an overflow during baking. Be creative and use ANY pan you want. !!

I am second-rate to make my son a guitar cake and online there is a guitar cake pan but it is too late to order it online because his birthday is friday. Do you recollect of any store that have any themed shaped baking cake pans? I live in the dallas, Texas area.

If you’re handy with a knife, you really don’t even need to have a lot of specialty cake pans. This past year my son, who was turning 6, wanted a guitar cake for his birthday. I believe I would cut out a paper guitar first, though, and trace around it.

He’s going through that ‘I want to be a rock star’ affectionate of stage. So, how on earth do you make a guitar shaped child birthday cake without a specialty cake pan? Actually, as it turned out, it’s genuinely not that hard to do.

All you have to do is bake a regular 9x13 cake. After its cool, you turn it out on a cake board and then, very carefully, cut out the shape of a guitar. You can use the mark-up cake pieces to form the ‘neck’ of the guitar.

Use some fun birthday cake decorations, like licorice and other kinds of candies and you’ve got a guitar shaped baby birthday cake that any future rock star would be proud to have on their special day.
